Mio Fit by GESS is a muscle stimulator for the whole body. There are three electrodes in the set for Abs muscles, arms, and legs. Mio Fit is specially designed to help you tone muscles, get rid of cellulite, and lose weight. There are 6 workout modes and 10 levels of intensity. With Mio Fit, you can work out shoulders, legs, arms, back, abdominal, and waist.

How does it work?

The muscle stimulator works through micro-current stimulation on various body parts. Mild electrical currents target muscles and make them contract. Due to EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), you can work out and tone muscles, reduce fatigue, and get rid of stress! 

Electrode for ABS (190×170 mm) helps to lose extra centimetres on your waist and intensively workout ABS muscles. The form of the electrode perfectly fits the abdomen and actively works out muscles. 

Electrodes for arms, forearms, and legs (2 in a set, 210×70 mm) are designed to work out muscles of arms and forearms (biceps and triceps), reduce cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, and slim your waist. 

Easy operation

Take the main device and install it on the electrode. Remove protective film from the electrode and stick it to the body part. Adjust settings according to your needs, choosing 1 of 6 levels and intensity levels from 1 to 10.
