Basic Walker is a set of 2 telescopic two-section trekking poles for Nordic walking. They are lightweight (each pole is 300 grams) and suitable for women, men and seniors. Walking sticks help to improve blood circulation, increase endurance, saturate blood with oxygen and strengthen muscles of lower back, back and shoulder girdle. Anti-shock system takes the load off your knees. This function provides additional comfort while trekking and protects joints, especially on downhill sections.
Durable material. Trekking poles are made of lightweight durable aluminum alloy. Comfortable handles are made of cork and polyurethane, they perfectly lie in the hands and do not add much weight to the stick. The moisture-regulating cork provides greater grip and stability.
Removable wrist straps are made in the form of half-gloves. They are more convenient for trekking compared with usual straps. You can adjust them according to the size of your hands.
